Bridlewood Estates is a beautiful neighborhood of 112 homes, located in the city of Colleyville, Texas. Colleyville is a small city of about 23,000 people that was named by Money magazine to its list of “100 Best Towns in America.”
Bridlewood’s location just northwest of the intersection of Brown Trail and Cheek-Sparger Road makes our community convenient to a wide variety of shopping and services. Colleyville City Hall, and the city’s Public Library, public parks, and athletic facilities are nearby. It is a quick and easy drive to the airport and area highway systems are close enough to provide an easy commute to downtown Ft. Worth or other areas in the DFW Metroplex. This also provides convenient access to professional sporting events at Cowboys Stadium and the Ballpark in Arlington, as well as to other stadiums, museums, concert halls, etc. around DFW.

Children from Bridlewood attend excellent schools in the recognized Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District. Covenant Christian Academy is within walking distance and other private schools are nearby.
With the limited access of only two entrances to our streets, a private neighborhood park, and sidewalks throughout, this is a great community for children, walking dogs, and enjoying the outdoors.

The Bridlewood Homeowners Association is managed by a Board of Directors elected annually by the membership. Annual Association meetings are held in April of each year.
